Amazon's delivery mail is still convinced that I'm called "Sebastian". Obviously it's not my name and never has been and none of my profile or address settings have this name anywhere as far as I can tell. Mail support was not able to help me either, constantly just suggesting the same things.

I don't know who you're referencing, my first thought association was Sebastian from Stardew Valley.
The titular character of the anime/manga Black Butler is named Sebastian Michaelis.
