Why did you ask me whether I come from the so-called US? O.o
I'm an anarchist and donwt consider the way that the so-called US is organized a democracy (as in: political power is in the hands of the people), but rather a plutocracy.
The system in the US is especially tupid, because of the two-party system, but especially the way it is right now, no significant progressive change which actually benefits the working class. You'll see this if Biden wins and then (once again) blabbers on about rwaching across the aisle, while the fascists continue their project. No matter who is president.
Elections are useless in the best case and distracting from mass movements in the worst case.
what are you discouraging people from voting in a country you don't even live in?
I'm quoting myself here:
I would really like not having to deal with the politics of the so-called "US" so much. I would gladly not bother if you yankees would stop playing world police and affecting the rest of the world so much with your failed state.
Why not work on your own issues in the (I'm guessing here) UK?
In case you didn't read it the last line of my comment is 'Not that it really matters exactly which country, every one on this planet has issues right now.'
I'm not an American, thanks for thoughtlessly assuming it though. Before you ask I'm interesting in long term stability of their country because we share the world's longest undefended border with them. Also if they come crashing down they'd take most of the systems and economy with it.
