Looks like Eugene is starting to get them. Been waiting for it, but it still surprised the heck out of me when it happened.
The one in Spanish popped up while I was writing this.

Hit 2 minutes early here...
Yeah that early two minutes bothered me too. I mean wtf, was it some idiot hitting a button early?
Well, when you're sending 99 million alerts, there's probably more than a little wiggle room on timing.
I could live with a delay time due to processing. Firing off early just seems sloppy.
