Despite promise to remove 'worst of the worst,' ICE has arrested only 6% of known immigrant murderers

ICE told Congress in September that over 13,000 immigrants known to have committed murder remained at large. Since then, only 752 have been arrested.

Somewhere is a list of "Known Immigrant Murderers" and they still grabbed students first!?!?
- I think it's disingenuous to believe they have a nice, neat list of names and addresses and all they need to do is knock on a few doors. ICE has done some pretty underhanded stuff taking people at immigration courts, but I don't think they have a list of murderers and choose to leave them free.
