US Senator Lindsay Graham has just tweeted an article titled “Greta Thunberg sets sail with Gaza flotilla that aims to break Israeli naval blockade,” adding the comment, “Hope Greta and her friends can swim!”
Australian Zionist think tanker Arsen Ostrovsky somehow outdid Graham, tweeting “Oh look, the little jihadi Greta Thunberg is trying to get into Gaza, to show solidarity with Hamas. It would be so sad if something were to happen to her flotilla…”
There’s not a lot that can shock me about Israel and its supporters these days. But if you’d traveled back in time a few years ago it would be hard to explain to someone how we got to a timeline that includes Israel supporters openly advocating the assassination of Greta Thunberg.
Bullshit. Yeah there will be some people who say that whatever the political situation is. Nevertheless, if you want to remove Israel, that's just one less free state in the Middle-East. Jews are an actually respectable and safe people unlike the Muhammadians. Just don't mess with their land, Israel.
Totally ignoring the fact that they started the war with a mass murder. When they attack your own people you can do all the virtue-signalling. But oh, wait, you could never defend your own people in such a situation, since the Left controls no weapons, so your opinions are worthless anyways.
Of course, Leftists and Muhammadians will continue to co-exist in peace once all the Jews who mind their own business and the less problematic Christians are gotten rid of.
In fantasy realm. Leftists can't even keep a state without relying on the foundations built by these religions. Come up with at least one working state whose laws aren't based on religious morality and we'll talk about the possibility. It's easier to criticize existing societies based on one or two problem points (that happen to be big) than come up with a working model that everyone can accept that solves all those problems.
I'm not defending religion, and neither is Israel a theocratic state unlike all the surrounding countries. I defend liberalism and humanitarian values, a strong nation like Israel is the only one that can defend itself.
There is so much wrong with your comment I dont even know where to start.
What I will say; Israel has no right to exist, no ethnostate does because that always entails the ethnic cleansing of whoever doesnt fit.
Either way, israel lost that right when they started their state by ethnically cleansing 700k+ Palestinians, stealing their land, kill men, women and children and now enacting genocide live.
The ethnostate is Israel, and Palestinians could just mind their business. And all other Middle-Eastern countries are ethnostates. In fact, they were going for pan-Arabism and pan-Islamism, and that's the dream they lost when Israel had to be founded. You're supporting one ethnostate over other.
Israel started their state when the Arabs declared war, and they lost it.
Besides, even being an ethnostate, it has no interest in expelling the population within in, much less "killing". You just want to pretend that Palestinians were somehow peaceful like the Armenians, but that's just not true.
And let's not forget the countless statements by Israeli officials either saying we want the Palestinians in Gaza to leave or that we will eradicate them from Gaza.
I'm anticipating you somehow justify calling for the drowning of a bunch of 20-year-old climate activists, on Twitter, and profiting from the attention...
This is the kind of supremacist thinking that I've heard from some friends who have vested interest in Israel. It's reproduced nearly identically by each one. The conclusions that follow from it are unacceptable for most people outside of Israel.
only between 13% and 21% of respondents in any country polled had a favourable view of Israel, compared with 63%-70% whose views were unfavourable.
If you think only 13-21% in these countries are right wing, you're sorely mistaken. This isn't a righ-left divide even if there tends to be more support for Israel among the right. This is a society-wide rejection of the results of this supremacist thinking. Just look at one of the strongest supporters of Israel - Germany. There was a drastic increase in support following Oct 7, undoubtedly driven by solidarity with Israel. Then the war effort erased all of it and dropped support by 40 points.
