I mean, even look what he's tried in Germany, between Ukraine/Russia, he seems to have some major influence in China, South Africa... he's the richest man in the world, not just America.

That's fair yeah. I'd say it'd depend upon the definition of modern history, but unless it's fairly narrow and recent, then yeah. Certainly not within the accepted definition of modern history
he's been trying to influence elections outside the US too. his companies operate around the world and influence communication and transportation, and he has incentives to influence laws in other countries to lax regulations and kill competitors, including public transport and internet access. he's a nazi who operates pretty much everywhere.

Totally agree. But I'm a bit pessimistic that modern fascism and extreme wealth concentration stops at one man. In my view, it's more of a systemic issue. If he dies, the system that put him in place still thrives.
The saddest thing will be that he'll be too dead to see the joy people have when he died.
