This screencap is old, right? The UI looks different, and there are no checkmarks or engagement metrics.
Hence the context is very different, as this is back when being antivaxx was unfashionable (and not a political signal like it is today).

There were anti-vaxxers long before covid. They were not smart then either, i agree.
