P2P voice chat with push-to-talk (for gaming)?
Peer-to-peer as it's easier to get an app over getting a server. Must be libre software and E2EE too, obviously.

Probably not, but you can likely improvise by binding the audio mute to a button in your OS.
Hard for those on other operating systems to copy me.
