No, I am not okay because of Yemen usually. It's horrible.
I know you're feeling awful about this, and I'm sorry you've been carrying that pain with you. I wish I knew what to do to make it hurt less. This whole year has been completely fucked hasn't it? Seeing the things happening around the world feels like we're being flattened too, doesn't it? We will just do what we can to show our solidarity. Not all of us can physically get out and protest. It doesn't mean we don't want to or that people aren't in the process right now in attempting to organize a safe protest. Believe me, they are.
Take care of yourself too and as hard as it is, try to get in a decent amount of rest. I get the sense that you are feeling a desperate urgency to do something, for literally anyone to do anything. No protest is a waste.
But also remember to be kind. Are you mad at the lgbt+ community for something? I'm confused as to what it could be. A lot of us are at the same protests, don't worry.
