You should use mint
Unless they need HDR support in which case Kubuntu. Yeah fuck snaps and all but most noobs aren't going to know or care.
Opensuse tumbleweed kde is good too
Is it noob friendly? I haven't tried it before.
There is YAST tool, thanks to it you can avoid using terminal at all
Nice, I might have to check it out. I like their logo too.
And SuSE has (decent) songs. Not many distros can say that.
YAST will soon be deprecated though, but I hope something with similar functionality will come.
There's also fedora kde
