green egg near the front! Easter Eggers my beloved :)
1 0 ReplyGood eye. We have two Easter eggers but one of them lays very thin shelled eggs that seldom survive. And the other one isn't much better.
3 0 ReplyAw, shame. I've found feeding mine eggshells helps their shells thicken, but I don't know how much that would help yours. Tell them I said hello!
1 0 ReplyThere is no shortage of shells for them to eat. My wife will scramble or hard boil and mash a bunch of the reject eggs, shells and all, and feed them to the birds.
