Wouldn't "chameleon" be enough for that? Or "shape shifter"?
That would mean you could turn into an attractive form but you wouldn't be inherently attractive in your own.
Shapeshifting doesn't have any limitations in this picture, so you might as well choose a form and stick to it as your new standard. The chameleon might only function as a kind of makeup, where you temporarily hide your blemishes, I'm not sure.
