Drag thought the point of Squid Game is that risking death to play sick games for the amusement of the rich is better than living under capitalism.
Squid Games is only possible under capitalism. In fact, I'd say SG is peak capitalism.
Couldnt this happen in an authoritarian society, independent of economical system?
I suppose but I can't see what the point would be for say a communist authoritarian society considering they already have control and no one has extra.
