What video game are you waiting to see a new sequel for?

[Half Life 3 (HL3) doesn't count as we already know that game is still a long way off from coming out. Like another 5 or more years.]

- Honestly every valve IP
  
  Maybe not tf3 though, perhaps instead if it was a complete rewrite of tf2 and engine port that fixed all the jank
