If God created everything, and he had this “master plan”, then yes, no matter what it could have been, it most certainly was His fault.
Well sure, but some stuff (like the Exclusion Principle) is purely mechanical, while stuff like foot fetishes and appendixes was Him just being a dick.

Yes...it's sorta like two people who are supposed to be playing tennis, but one has a shovel, the other is wrapped up in the net, and they have no idea the tennis literate members of society think they are insane.
