How would one find a partner in a big city?

And I think specifically bars, not clubs. You won’t be able to have a conversation with someone in a club, though if you are stand out attractive, that probably doesn’t matter
If you're a drinker, sure
You don't have to drink, it's just that's where people are.
Most big cities have dedicated places for finding a partner. For butch lesbians, it's Home Depot. For everyone else, try a bar maybe?
That also amazes me.
My friend actually met his husband at a speed dating event at a local video game bar called Battle and Brew. This was in metro Atlanta, which depending on where you live may it may not be considered a big city lol.
