What time is polite on the ‘weekend’?

Here in the Texas summer it's about seven in the morning. Annoying, but everybody realizes that if you go out any later, you're gonna die of heat stroke.

9 0 ReplyThat may just be because the FTC has rules for when you can call, and it may have 9 AM because of where you live.

FWIW, the FTC says 8 AM is fine for calls, so presumably 8 AM is fine to start work on the weekends.
