Iron ore processing project dumped by BHP for not being profitable enough

I've got an idea, lets tie that lovely diesel subsidy these mining companies get to genuine emissions cuts. Its simple if they don't do projects that cut emissions then Australia reduces the subsidies we give on the fuel they use.
