Vaginal cleaning products may actually do more harm than good.

Unless there's a specific reason to clean inside the vagina like an infection or some other condition, there's really no reason to use things like douches. In fact, it may actually interfere with your vagina's natural processes by changing aspects of the chemical composition of your vaginal fluid, like the pH and concentration of hormones, enzymes, structural compounds, etc.

The vaginal canal is self-cleaning, and if you put a substance in there that doesn't belong there, it can disrupt the vagina's ability to clean itself. Just clean the outside parts, the vulva and pubic hair, so that the only things getting into your vagina are the things you or a partner you consent to put in it.

Edit: If someone with a vagina can weigh in, their perspective in this matter would be much appreciated. This is only based on my research and not any real-life experience or observations on my part.
