  • I always think its funny how bullets never seem to penetrate anything in movies. Like, guy hiding behind a barrel? Nope, cant penetrate, even with a rifle. The newest Batman movie had me shaking my head as he shrugged off multiple rifle rounds to his armor.

Bullets are insanely dangerous and powerful. A .223 round can penetrate a solid brick wall pretty easily, and can destroy a cinderblock wall with some effort. Even if it doesnt penetrate, the amount of force applied is incredible. Plates designed to stop bullets have to be made in specific ways to make sure a bullet doesn't penetrate, but even with that plate, the sheer force of an impact can break bones.

  • I like Rosewood. Its small, with a low number of zombies and has a fire station and a police station. Its really easy to get set up here, but it kind of also encourages you to move to a different city because its so small so resources get used up pretty quickly.

  • The MegaTen games have some weird ones, yeah. Like Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers, then the sequel to that came out and it was just Soul Hackers 2. Same with how Persona 1 was Megami Ibunroku Persona and then became Shin Megami Tensei: Persona. Oh and how theres two Persona 2s, Innocent Sin and Eternal Punishment. Great games but man, really should have been like Persona 2 Part 1 and Part 2.

  • Berserk 1997. Berserk is my favorite thing of all time, but it is deff not for the faint hearted.

Highly recommend the manga too. Its a bit different, but same atmosphere and general story. It has more context as 1997 was only designed for one season, so it cut out a lot of things that would have become important later on.

  • Just today, I was using windows on my laptop, playing a game made for windows, Black Ops. And it crashes every time I boot up the Call of the Dead. On linux, while it does stutter on that map depending on where i am, I can still play it surprisingly. Its very strange.

  • When you see numbers like this, it can be very numbing. 600000 casualties. How many more Russians are going to die before standing up against their tyrant? Its sickening. Ukraine winning this war will not only save Ukrainian lives, but Russian lives too.
