Seriously, what's up with big sites literally dying as we speak?

  • Agreed. By the same definition fb has been dying for almost a decade, but I'm still forced to use the messenger app since all my friends are on there.

    I love it when it still allows me to use some google apps (e.g. Gboard) but I can completely neuter its tracking capabilities by removing network permission

    • One great thing I just realized, there isn't the need for constant rage bait posting

  • I hope in the future they allow individuals to host distributed infra for existing instances. I'd like to help providing hardware to expand the bandwidth of the system but not really ready for mod duties.
