Transphobic and misogynistic standards have a big racist bend to them and black women, especially athletes, have long been targeted with these kinds of things. In competitive sports, it's been an issue for a very long time, black women get a lot of transphobic and misogynistic shit thrown at them because these standards are built on whiteness first and foremost.
