For that kind of money you're really only talking about minor maintenance or beautification projects. Maybe funding the cleanup of a local area or two. Fresh coat of paint on a couple buildings. Maybe a mural. We're talking small scale here. Which of course isn't nothing. Small steps are what lead to bigger steps.

So personally I would probably spend it on a local park near me that needs heavy updating. Maybe redo the walking trail and if there's enough money left over plant some more trees.

I can't imagine what investments you think would be able to fund any of that off of $10,000. Invest for a few years you said, so what at best you might have $12,000?

Stupidly rich people tend to just inject it into offshore bank accounts.

Huh, that's the second time today I've heard an announcer of a football game make a note that helping someone up after you knock them down makes you a good person. That's weird right? Shouldn't that be considered the bare minimum normal behavior? Like what does Tony Romo think is normal?

Oh I don't want to jinx it, but this game is cathartic and a wonderful way. Broncos just looking resplendent and cowboys getting their butts kicked. Is good stuff

I'm 99% sure he means Phantasy Star 3. On a side not though I agree. Phantasy Star 4 is basically a perfect rpg.

It's a little of both. Humanity is kind of obsessed with Wars in general, and a lot of our history is written to reflect that. So you almost can't have one without the other.
