Budget accounts, daily in the morning with a coffee. Takes less than 5 minutes

Loan accounts, weekly, no direct import so I have to log in and YNAB is, not perfect with non-mortgage, so I have to adjust the interest charged when reconciling

Tracking accounts, end of month. Takes a bit longer since I update a spreadsheet with them since they are mostly investment accounts.

Its hard to pick just one.... I break down my paycheck by gross, taxes and insurance. It really helped when my other half got a new job and was going over benefit packages. It felt awesome showing how much I spent each month and even used memos to further break down medical dental and vision.

😅 then again I'm salary and can just duplicate my paycheck transactions so splitting my paycheck into categories is much easier.

I use feeder on android and have an RSS feed with news sources. You have to find them first and then see of they have and RSS feed.

Also you can make an RSS feed from mastodon if they toot their stories or use nitter to transform their twitter to a feed.

This is pretty much my set up. I wish I could show myself 10 years ago who was using and external drive and xbmc how cool of a set up I would eventually have, and also to tell them to back their damn media up!
