Looks quite simple to make and the historical context is wonderful.

There are also plenty of counterexamples of helpful, sometimes even brave, bystanders.

Mustard can sometimes be the perfect ingredient on the side, or part of a sauce. There are a lot of different mustards, but the one I use the most is classic Dijon.

Maybe creamed corn is different where you are, but the creamed part is a sauce that goes with the corn. It's meant to be eaten with the corn and not supposed to be discarded, so I don't know why you're straining it.

The only reason they are not shooting Democrats in the streets is because they don't need to. The regime is consolidating power while Democrats go to work, producing wealth that the regime can steal, it's a win/win. The media on the left is a couple of years behind the right at this point. While the right acknowledges "we are at war", the left is still trying to make peace while their position is eroded daily. The war has already started and the regime is winning.

This is exactly why I can only laugh and shake my head at the everyday fascists like Connor Estelle who think they will always be in the in-group. Fascism eats society from the outside in until there is nothing left.

It's the propaganda they have been exposed to. They believe what they are told but have a very difficult time walking through any logic that got them there (hint: there isn't any) especially in the face of facts. They will usually deny any facts that do not lead to their conclusion.

Ask a Trump supporter what core American values he upholds and you can almost hear their mind grinding gears.
