  • What I love most about him is that he trades blood with his son. Imagine believing your blood is old and then convincing your son to give you his young blood in exchange for your spent blood. If that's not shitty parenting I don't know what is.

  • Fair! I don't know your threat model.

Just a thought, can't you automate it with a cron job or such on after boot though to just get a "all clear" whenever you login to your PC?

  • I can only think of negative emotions where the feeler can't handle them in a controlled way.
E.g. getting angry and screaming and/or hitting things.
For an adult, avoiding childish behaviour when angry would be cursing and at the most, raising ones voice.

This however does not apply to emergencies and such. There will always be room for angry screaming if the situation demands it.

Being a martyr is another example. Having something go against you and proclaiming you are a victim is childish. Grow up and own whatever happened.

  • It has the salt, the umami, the sour in brilliant combinations and it leaves you fed in a distinct way compared to other foods! You just want to lay down and rest on the food afterwards which you don't get from many other cuisines 😎

  • Take this the right way mate, but this seems like obsessive behaviour. Being sure is good and all, but this might be an unnecessary stress factor for you

Myself I don't do any pre-flight checks. My VPN has a killswitch and I get a notification whenever it breaks on my server so I know to check it
