  • Assuming you're not paid or being forced to do this, you must know you're being used as a tool for the fascists you claim to despise. Platforming trump is support and I see there is no mention of the direct relationship to Putin in all the very loud refuting of this support...

  • I really can't be bothered going and finding all the pretty fucking obvious examples of you shitheads either apologising or glorifying putin, or coming out with pure incel stuff, or platforming trump. Which makes sense given it seems to be the same campaign as before, and its pretty fucking obvious at this point, very sloppy... I've clearly hit a nerve lol. It'd be great if you all could change track at this point and stop platforming that odious cunt, don't worry I know there is unfortunately no option to stop shilling putin...

  • If they weren't such weasels and actually agrued back rather than just ban people like the spineless dimwit twats they are, I'd say the argument that they are easily filtered holds. But given they are just looking to propagate their shilling for Russia, trump (and they definitely do this) etc... fuck em!

  • Odd the BBC choose to clarify here

... Love scams. The latter are also known as "pig butchering" scams, named after the farming practice of fattening pigs before slaughtering them.

Some fat English gammon editor maybe got a bit uncomfortable by the name possibly...

  • Completely agree, charity is a symptom of something wrong in a society. If something needs support and is worthwhile (and you assume charities are for worthwhile causes), why as a society is it not being done?

If you look at a lot of charities throughout history, it's almost like they're really there for the powerful to play with their pets ..

  • Internally in the UK, the BBC brought in quota to hire more right wing comedians after it was found they aren't funny

    https://www.theguardian.com/media/2020/sep/01/rightwing-comedians-not-funny-enough-for-bbc-shows-says-insider

This was by Tim Davie the director general, a very generous Tory donor

    https://www.thenational.scot/news/18990557.boris-johnson-appoints-tory-donor-chairman-bbc/

The BBC has been fully captured and the stuff that comes out of it is as biased as any of the right wing media outlets (which is pretty all major outlets now), but done in a plummy(1) way that seems to get past a lot of peoples bullshit detention

  • I think the most viable thing to do would be to put your money towards building a geothermally powered unground habitat that is close to a large water source, and have a really good water purification system to filter it.

Also possibly use fibre optic cable to funnel sunlight in to grow plants which hopefully produce food and oxygen. Although safer bet would be to have enough power for internal ultra violet lighting and be able to split water molecules into oxygen and hydrogen, who knows if we'll somehow managed to block out the sun as well.

I've been thinking about this for a while, if anybody can lend me some large scale industrial excavation equipment, I'd really appreciate it c:
