Personally I think we should do a little less meta posting about hexbear and the federation, it's getting a little silly. I'm not going to start though, I will post this meta-complaint instead.

They pushed a hotfix earlier that was causing crashes, and after they pulled it back the saves from when it was up can't be accessed. If this is what happened, updating the game now should fix the saves. Otherwise, maybe try a data recovery tool?

Remembering a class in university where they emailed us literally five hours before the final exam to tell us that you could take in a computer with full internet access.
