  • Hey. I have some thoughts, not all of them are negative though, so here goes! I'm a senior in highschool who is a little more liberal. I'd really like to hear the thoughts on the post here, so I'll try my best to be constructive, and to those who feel left-wing or moderate, thank you so much for the good day! I'm going to be a junior in high school this year, and I have a lot of questions for everyone, and I'm curious if anyone has any suggestions! Thanks in advance! I would love to hear what others have had to say! As someone who is not an active social media user, I can confirm that people on the left are way out of touch with the issues, and don't talk to each other about the problems. The way I see it is: people try and argue the conservative side of the argument and then talk about how "liberal" the left is, then when they turn to talk about the conservative side of the argument, they talk about how terrible the people are. They don't actually think or talk about the issue in any real way, they just talk about themselves and it makes me uncomfortable. As a liberal person, I am going to start out with the fact that I am absolutely against the idea. I really, really dislike the idea of getting into any kind of debate about the issue, especially on a college or college-level. If someone is genuinely willing to listen and then that is awesome, but it is never going to happen because there is nothing I can ever say to them that would change their mind. I would rather just tell them that I think that I am not progressive and conservative, I'm a conservative. And yes, I know some people are genuinely just going through hell right now, but I'm sure as hell not going to change their minds because I don't care. I am a conservative.

  • I think most people probably wont understand whats going on behind the scenes of how many people are going to use this, and if they do, they probably wont know where to look for it. Even then, theres nothing I can say other than this: Its an addiction. But once they know whats happening, they realize theyre not the only ones going through the struggles that are the struggle for them, that theres more that needs to be done about this. If they do understand whats going on and act on it, then thats pretty awesome!
