  • Relax. So they made some mistakes. Cringe mistakes that could easily be avoidable (a lot like much of my life has been). Either they do better in the future or they die.     I sleep worst when I have to get up extremely early and would benefit by falling asleep as early as possible. In situations like that, it takes me about two hours to fall asleep.
