Looks like an easy fix for a professional luthier. Depending on the price, you can choose if it is worth it, or if you can get another, better guitar instead.

I think most of ST:LD pass your test, if not all of them

The pixel 7 and 8 I use never have those problems. I suspect the culprit is your network signal, not your phone. Do you have a reliable provider and are you in a location where the signal travels well?
