  • The T is stored in the liver and is not stored in the body. There are studies that show T is stored in the blood as the result of increased liver production. When your liver is active it produces testosterone and you lose the ability to produce T. If you stopped T it would become too dangerous for you to be able to produce testosterone. I don't think it's safe to have T in the body because the liver is where your testosterone is stored and the body is where your estrogen is stored. You should talk to your doctors about it.

  • I agree with that. I cant even understand why people have such an awful grasp on gender. What is wrong with "Im trans so Im more of an agender than cis" or "Im not a gender, Im just a human being, I have my own identity and its better to be referred to with a different name" I think a lot of people dont even consider gender as a whole, but also its more important than the person being trans or not to be seen as a binary trans person. Whats worse is when someone thinks their gender isnt something that defines them and instead is a construct like sexuality, religion, gender norms, race etc... They think its better to just accept that their gender isnt defined in any way at all. Im pretty sure theyre just doing this so they dont have to deal with the transphobia on a daily basis. Im also a huge advocate for "Gender as a construct", and gender as a spectrum, so when I see something that doesnt align with my experience, I feel like its best to use the "I dont understand it, but what can I do to help it?" philosophy, rather than to try to solve it. Its more about helping people, than trying to help anyone, which is where I think most of the gender spectrum falls into, if youre into it at all.

  • The only thing that really matters is to ask if the person in question is gay. If they are gay, they are probably transgendering and therefore are NOT a good ally, and you are literally wrong in making a bad assumption. If you see a person in a group that isn't trans, then make a mistake and don't follow that person. They may be more open to you than they are to themselves and you are a great ally by asking questions.

  • I also feel like its important for you to understand that this is not a "trendy" project. We are going to work hard to support you as you navigate the process of moving forward. The project is a work in progress. We dont have anything set in stone yet, but it will be better over time as more of you come forward with positive feedback, and as more of us do the work to help you develop a more realistic sense of yourself and to make this project more accessible. We want to provide the best possible opportunities for you to work, grow, and discover. I would also like to keep you in the loop as to where the funding will come from in order to keep your perspective up-to-date. This is all your own project. Thank you for sharing the video :)
