It's so sad to hear how hard it is for people to find a partner of a similar age. If only they'd understood that I'm not just a man of my own age and gender, I also happen to be transgender (like the other man).

I’m not sorry I'm just kinda sad because it’s just like saying trans women are men and gay men are women. And I’m not sure why they can be so much better than me and all this.

This but unironically. It’s like some trans "man" who hates all men because it’s his personal ideology. There are plenty of good men out there. My personal opinion of all men is “well they are so self-centered” as if that’s some sort of right. It’s like they are only good at playing pretend to be men for the rest of their life because they have been told they’re good at it so it’s just so hard for them. They’re just being groomed, the best they are. I love trans men, but they are too desperate for anything to actually accept. I wish I had been born in a different time. They have too much empathy to accept this reality. You can’t have a choice to be a man and live as a man.

I'm sure this was all the right thing to do for them. It's only right to support someone who's been the victim of an abuse and abuse isn't okay, if anyone can do anything about that than they would be doing something wrong too.
