  • At risk of over sharing, I'm a heart patient and Covid has a HUGE cardiac component. Basically, if I get it, there's a significant chance it will kill me.

To date I've had, I dunno, 8? 10? Covid shots? I lost track after they stopped updating the cards. Zero complications. Zero Covid. My 5G still sucks.

Talked to my pharmacy last week, they have the shots, but aren't giving them out without prescriptions.

Talked to my doctor today, they are hand writing paper prescriptions because pharmacies aren't taking electronic ones. But, I hear some Kroger pharmacies aren't requiring prescriptions.

So, your mileage may vary, talk to your doctor and pharmacy.

  • Should be way easier to replace a CEO. No need for a golden parachute, if the AI fails, you just turn it off.

But I'd imagine right now you have CEOs being paid millions and using an AI themselves. Worst of both worlds.

  • Trump is the same age Biden was in 2021.

    Just sayin'.

  • Generating bullshit that isn't really that useful.

Remember when the Apple Newton "revolutionized" computing with handwriting recognition?

No, of course not, because the whole thing sucked and vanished outside of old Doonesbury cartoons. LOL

  • Pro tip: You divorce "the left" and Magats are still going to be killing Magats. That's not going to solve your problem. LOL.

"Robinson's grandmother said the entire family are Republicans and Trump supporters.[86] Robinson was registered to vote but not affiliated with any party, and there is no record of him voting in Washington County (of which St. George is the county seat).[1] Robinson had no criminal record prior to his arrest.[87]"

"Federal charging documents described Boelter as acting with "the intent to kill, injure, harass, and intimidate Minnesota legislators".[6] His anti-abortion views are considered a possible motive.[50] Boelter was registered to vote in Oklahoma as a Republican for the 2004 United States presidential election, though on a state document in 2019, Boelter wrote that he had "no party preference".[8] A longtime Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, resident who knew Boelter as a fourth-grade student in his childhood town since 1976, told reporters he was stunned to learn that Boelter is a suspect in the attacks. He described Boelter as "a conservative who voted for President Donald Trump and was strongly against abortion rights""

"Routh had a history of political activity online and offline, with his political engagement dating back to at least 1989.[34] Voting records showed that he did not vote in the 2016 elections,[35] but in a 2020 Twitter post, he claimed to have voted for Trump in 2016 and later regretted it.[36] In a self-published ebook in 2023, he wrote about his supposed previous support for Trump, saying, "I am man enough to say that I misjudged and made a terrible mistake."[37]"

"FBI deputy director Paul Abbate described Crooks's activity on social networking services as antisemitic, anti-immigrant, extreme, and espousing political violence.[138] Crooks's Internet activity before the attack included searches related to the 2021 Oxford High School shooting and for other politicians and their events.[139]

He was a registered Republican;[129][140][141] his voter registration had been active since September 2021, the month he turned 18.[142][129]"

  • For a while it was illegal to export Pretty Good Privacy, or PGP from the US.

FTP servers in the US removed it for fear of legal action.

So I imported it from a University in Scotland. 😉

  • Picked it up on Saturday, finally! For some reason it's been super hard to find!

  • Best case scenario: Maybe they'll actually learn something?

  • I don't need to personally be an engineer to call out a train wreck when I see one...

  • Is now a good time to talk about gun control? How about now? Now? 😉

  • My favorite part of the video is the little old lady voice going "Here come pieces of... whale!"

  • "I'm the 8 ton whale that washed up on your beach and when the local highway department tries to make me go away with 1/2 ton of TNT, your cut rate insurance might not cover a 700 pound slab of me trashing your passenger compartment."

  • The benefit of a mix is "I want pancakes now." Grammas recipe needs 1 day of planning.
