Not exactly it distorts shapes a lot. However if you pick point A on a coast and point B on a different coast the angle of the line is the heading you should sail to go from point A to point B.

So yeah very useful as a nautical map if you want to navigate from place to place. Not accurate in shape though.

It's not that diversity is a negative. It's a plus and a core part of Star Trek from the beginning. NuTrek has great diversity and terrible story telling that feels like it's using the diversity as a crutch.

True but the house is very close right now. California can take more democrat seats from republicans than Texas can take from democrats.

This isn't about removing the president that takes a simple house majority and a 2/3 senate super majority. California can't change the senate balance in favor of democrats.

Part of the reason Trump is able to do what he is doing is republican control of the house, senate, and supreme court. So talking even one of those from republicans could make a huge difference.

There is a anti trans joke that if you can identify as a different gender then I can identify as an attack helicopter and expect to be treated as such.
