I'm pretty sure it's the opposite: he's empathetic and egalitarian to a fault. If you read the stuff his accusers claim is defense of pedophilia, it's actually about him failing to assume that minors lack agency (as society expects), not defending predatory adults.

I read OP's question as him streaming from a Jellyfin server to this box, not using this box as a Jellyfin server itself. Could be wrong, though.

Also, it's my understanding that transcoding is 100% about hardware support for the codecs and that integrated graphics that have it (TL;DR: 12th gen Intel) are going to perform pretty much just as well as even a high-end discrete gaming GPU for that task.

(I say "gaming" GPU because I was reading about the Arc Pro B50 the other day and it has two separate sets of transcoding hardware, so it presumably would actually perform better in terms of the number of simultaneous streams it could handle. But short of something like that, it apparently doesn't make much difference.)

No, that's not true. Last year they were available in time for me to get them before Dragon Con (i.e. labor day weekend) and (even through so far I haven't gotten sick after it) I'm pretty mad that that hasn't been the case this year too.

I have to disagree with Elanor Rigby. Yes it's a quick tempo, but the E minor key makes it very bleak even without the lyrics.

I guess it depends on your definition of "upbeat." It could mean cheerful and happy, or it could mean lively and fast-paced.

I don't think being in a minor key is necessarily enough to invalidate the first definition, let alone the second. I'm not gonna link it because fuck R*edit, but there's a thread there with plenty of examples of upbeat minor-key songs, including Uptown Funk, the Inspector Gadget theme, Get Lucky, Tunak Tunak Tun, Livin' LA Vida Loca, Get the Party Started, etc.

I got that sort of showing off out of my system two decades ago using Gentoo in college.
