  • Holy shit that was the most paralyzing core memory unlock I have ever experienced. I swear it resonated with my skeleton.

I don't even know what the main post is about but it was worth clicking on for this.

  • no but the ai calls it a typo of enforce, I have never seen anyone use hyphenation when intending either of enforce or en force, and if anything other than en force was intended there would be no reason to leave the wikitionary search result for it in the screenshot. defining something specifically as a typo and not listing other suggestions is also not ideal.

the newline example would just be another example of known flaws in ai training much like the reading horizonally over multiple columns issue.

  • In a pc game context I would try to make something like a no man's sky planet, but as you walk chunks of land in a radius around you get replaced with procedural new ones. something like a minecraft chunk loader that is relative to the player but wrapped around a sphere, and god forbid you actually want to have multiple players... Going into space can be more cursed but my favourite is: as you orbit the planet the active chunks scroll relative to your orbit with a speed relative to your distance; good fucking luck landing in the same place without insane math.

  • I haven't used physical cash in a decade so I would barely notice, but I would have to look at all the likely outcomes before voting on it. It does seem like something that wouldn't help the states though so that much is appealing

  • from highschool to now I've almost certainly had 8-10x more tylenol than anyone else my age has had in their entire lives. I was continually in so much pain I could barely function even with the pills and often mixed painkillers in hopes of even a tiny improvement. any autistic tendencies have existed since long before I had any tylenol and my dad had always been against avoidable meds having barely avoided being a thalidomide baby, which he is still fixated on to this day.
