When we repeat statements from scientists in that particular field, and it's a well-proved assertion that has survived regular scientific challenges, it's a different thing from parroting the verbal drool of someone paid to say outlandish and unfounded gibberish.
If we're talking vaccines, give me an army of epidemiologists vs a street-preacher like Joe Rogan.
After ditching their namesake project I expected they'd do something dumber sooner.
This is just a little later than expected. I guess they were looking for something truly pointless to tie themselves to on the day they finished coming out as a regular dumb company chasing (small-c) chrome.
It's weird that Republicans latched onto something Obama did that Mr Bush did a few times each.
Except, in the past, tan suits and coloured face paint weren't a sin; now we see it's only an issue for them based on who's doing it and whether they can rephrase and leverage it. Put Obama in mime makeup and a tan suit and some barely-used heads will explode.
Is that the same Mike Farnworth who nullified Surrey's voting on its police force in favour of a more expensive, less-trained bunch headed by someone failed out of the mounties?
Forgive me if I doubt his intentions or his ability to do more than frown.
Even so, we've seen examples where even a married couple has been able to keep their personal relationship out of their professional. No one would call the work effort of either kellyanne Conway or her husband George at all sub-par, despite the fact they were living with a domestic partner diametrically opposed politically.
It's possible for people to be professional, and I'm disappointed this is a seemingly new thing for one party in this case. I think even Mr Trump characterized Ms Conway as an excellent and hard working pro, many times, before contradicting himself when it was more suitable later.
Anybody with more power than compassion, whose reach exceeds their grasp. But you already said as much.
