I picked LGC this morning thinking that I need to start making an honest effort at killing this. I wrapped up and sprayed my EdT and today was the first time I ever smelt the cinnamon note of it and it almost blew my head off. It adds nice spicy ness and powderyness to it that I’m just now identifying.

You should get some Mike’s Vetiver and see how it compares.

Good smells today.

I got this tub from KerblimeySkal and had it not been for him, I’d not have tried it as soon. The straight Vetiver would def be a good pick up. Most of my Vetiver heavy soaps are from CBubs so I got that area covered already. Who knows I may want some more Mike’s eventually.

I followed u/Old_Hiker sage advice of “Load the shit out of it. Lots of water” for Mike’s and the lather was leaps and bounds better today. Probably could have loaded even more and used even more water, but I got a satisfactory lather and shave today with nothing to complain about.

Probably the worst shave I’ve had in recent memory. Couldn’t get the lather going with this (100% skill issue) but the splash really lit me up with frag burn. Bummed because the scent is great.

Sad that I didn’t pick up this soap earlier. Darker and heavier scents normally aren’t my thing but 322 is very nice this morning.

My observation is that the vegan puck is more white and the tallow is more yellow.

Lather was acceptable at best today. Definitely gonna need more practice with it. This seems to be a harder soap and will probably need more water and loading time to get a good lather. This is scent is light but refreshing as I get mostly orange from it. It paired great with my new Tonsorial Parlour splash as that has that citrus and floral body to it. Happy Tuesday!
