A Supreme Court decision could come Monday in a case about barring Trump from the 2024 ballot

Someone give me some optimism here. I'm worried this Supreme Court won't write their opinion so much as cast it like a vote. With Clearance and Kegstand and others behind it, I need something optimistic to hold onto.
- Best I can do is tell you all the cases so far have been about primary ballots. It's entirely plausible for the Court to say the main question of the case is moot... that the Constitution can't tell the private parties (the political parties) who they can put on their primary ballots because it only applies to federal elections.
