I really can't overstate how amazing exercise is for mental health.
Woke up feeling like shit. Went to the gym and mood has improved 10 fold.
9 0 ReplyYep, whenever I’m in a funk I go lift heavy things in the gym or even just a walk outside and I feel instantly better. Love those endorphins.
