Great! I think this is just what Chadwick should be doing. She is already a great role model but potentially hitting the ceiling of what her lack of opportunities when she was growing up will allow

Great! I've been saying it a long time that Lewis needs to stop complaining about the lack of diversity and do this exact thing for minority and under privileged kids.
