India rail crash probe is focusing on manual bypass of track signal

There was a situation over in the States where a tresspasser was interfering with the track switches for an active freight line, recorded himself doing it and uploaded it to youtube

Thankfully no accidents resulted, but its some seriously scary stuff, nobody aside from railroad staff (although in this instance, the staff are the suspects) should be messing with signalling and track switching gear. It's not a life sized train set, there are real life consequences...
