In Russia, in Krasnodar, the deputy head of the city department for mobilization work, Stanislav Rzhitsky, was shot dead
Prior to that, he was the commander of the Krasnodar submarine in the Black Sea Fleet, the carrier of the Caliber missiles. From this boat, probably, they fired at Ukraine.
Rzhitsky was reportedly shot while jogging in the morning. The unidentified man shot four times in the back and chest, after which he fled the scene.
