It would be cool if one day technological advancement outpaces new content creation and we can once again store the entire World Wide Web on a single medium. I'd love a local internet lmao.
I don't really believe this is true in any meaningful way. www is html while the internet prceded that and was preceded further by arpanet and such. Unless your talking about like the very first html written its likely not true. Any www that people actually were using is likely larger. Floppy disk capacity that folks used was at most a bit less than a gig and half and those were for the better not really floppy kind. The larger original floppy floppies were measured in kilobytes.
