Report recommends creation of offshore wind agency

Sadly there's quite a large proportion of NIMBY's in Clare, between the ones that think it'll spoil the view (I'm not sure what is picturesque about Moneypoint and Tarbert) and the full on nutters that think turbines give you cancer/summon Bill Gates, they'll have quite a job getting planning through. Personally I think they should fill it with turbines and tidal.
