This is why I always say that no Republican should be permitted into office.
Downvoted for the title failing to correctly label it as an insurrection.
Calling it a "riot" is apologism, and the Associated Press should be ashamed of itself.
Edit: at least Vanity Fair is fed up with it too, which is nice.
- Yeah, I've been saying since day one, those that keep gaslighting about this should be happy that most people call it an insurrection, and not terrorism. But claiming it was a "peaceful protest" or a "riot" is beyond absurd.
  And the "liberal media" should never give an inch on this.
Minute-by-minute assessment of loyalty cost/benefit, that's all. It makes sense to jump back on the party boat when it's stopped sinking.
The rats will bail if it starts to sink again.
