Good HG, but I feel like a part of me died when I realized the foil stickers actually did make the build easier/look better than painting. I was also a bit bummed my yellow paint wasn't laying down well, so I switched to gold for the small stuff that should be yellow. I tried some firsts for me in it too: testors white lightning and Tamiya panel liner ๐จ๐ผโ๐ณ๐ chefs kiss on both. I'm expecting some cutting/part removal when he's mounted on the mobile horse.
Thanks! I originally thought about getting the RG, but I found this one on sale and my last RGs were a little hard for me. My hands felt like they were just too damn big to reliably handle the parts. I had a lot of trouble with the finer details and even broke a few pieces. It's part of why I tend to go for 1/100 kits mostly. I have been on the lookout for the MG though...
That's how I feel about the RGs as well but I was surprised how easy the God was to build. Only part that gave me trouble were in the top part of the shoulders. I'd say give it a shot if you see it some where.
