A man who never eat pork bun is never a whole man! Why don't you have pork bun in your hand?

These a must-order item when I go to a dim sum restaurant! They're an excellent balance of sweet and savory.
- I think these are buns, as per the title, just baked. Do dim sum restaurants do baked buns? I thought it's either steamed buns or pastry puffs, which are "sou", vs buns ("bao").
  
  Every dim sum restaurant I have been to also serves baked items. The ones that do cart service have a dedicated baked goods cart with other items like egg custard tarts and sesame balls.
Those look amazingly delicious! I can't wait for mobile phones to get a Nom Nom Nom feature!
