Christmas Tree Lot Guy So Ready For Annual 46-Week Vacation

I knew a guy in 2005 who ran one of those parking lot tree places. He had all of the trees shipped in from Oregon, paid people to sell them and run the place, and pocketed $20,000 profit for 3 weeks worth of nothing. I say nothing because he didn't really work or anything for those three weeks. He had other people do all the work for him and still cleared $20k. Seems like a pretty nice side gig.
